Luxury 4 bdr. villa rental in St. Martin - Adjacent access to Orient's Beach. This huge villa offers beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace and house. The villa has a very nice pool and large outdoor living and dining areas. A/C throughout the villa . The kitchen has stainless steel and granite throughout and an open floor plan for entertaining. You can rent 1 - 4 bedrooms priced accordingly. The master suite contains its own private bath and ALSO a huge glass block shower and double sinks and marble floors. The three other bedrooms have comfortable king beds (one with twins that can be turned into a king.) and private baths with marble/granite floors/counter tops. A housekeeper is available daily and each room has cable TV. Master has a DVD. There is a giant screen TV and a sound system with IPOD player and CD/DVD in living room. The entire back of the villa provides a panoramic view of the palm trees and ocean and other villas only in the distant so you have plenty of privacy.
Lounging and Relaxation areas: The outdoor living area has a couch and loveseat with a coffee table, a dining room table that seats eight and a nice bar with a sink and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower and foot bath when coming back from the beach. The inside dining area is also roomy with one table for six and another one for four on the front veranda. The second master bedroom has it's own private entrance and terrace. All supplies are provided (linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.). Books and games are available in the library upstairs where you can lounge away the day on beautiful deep couches and an indoor hammock. There is also additional seating for quiet reflection on the expansive grounds and a second patio just outside the pool terrace under graceful shade trees and palms.
Restaurants and extras: There are many restaurants within walking and driving distance - with a few just a couple of blocks walk. Recommendations can be provided for local transportation and pick up from the airport. You don't want to miss this special vacation spot. It is excellent for both families and couples and priced according to number of bedrooms utilized. Enough can't be said about this location being so close to the beach but ultra private with its own privacy gate and natural distance from other villas. Be prepared to spoil yourself on this vacation!
